Rhein Group develops modern commercial building on Gerhard-Rohlfs-Straße – construction to start in 2026

The Rhein Group has planned a new office building at Gerhard-Rohlfs-Straße 58a/59 in Bremen-Vegesack. The buyer is the Bremen Chamber of Employees, which is setting up a new office and an educational branch of Wisoak here. The existing building is due to be demolished in 2025. With a high-quality clinker brick façade, the building is set to become an urban development highlight for Vegesack’s city center.

Oberschule Lerchenstraße moves with the upper secondary school

To create more space for the growing demand, part of Oberschule Lerchenstraße, the upper secondary school, will move to the “newly extended” building on Dobbheide in March 2025, where a fitness studio was initially planned.
